Payment & Booking Fees

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee must be paid at least 7 days prior to your booking. If you book within 7 days, the fee is due at booking. Your booking fee is credited toward your service and is refundable if cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and Afterpay.

Arriving Late

If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to keep other appointments on time. Please arrive with the treatment area clean and free of makeup or product. First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to other clients. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee or gift voucher.

Children in the Studio

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that children only attend if they have an appointment. Children under 12 cannot be left unsupervised. Our treatments require focus, and we aim to provide a calm experience for everyone.
